Trip Info:
This is planned to be a weekend of flexibility with the group deciding Thursday night any activities for Friday and Saturday from a proposed list. As this worked VERY well for the last Chattanooga trip, we decided to try this format again. If required, vans will be available to transport the group to those chosen activities. Don't want to join the group activities, heading off 'on your own' can be a great option.

Event Cancellations:
Cancellations received by Saturday, April 26, 2025, will be eligible for a refund minus a $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after April 26, 2025, because of guarantees required for activities.
